Rockwell Water Tanks Warranty

Rockwell water tanks are covered by a 3 year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the use of the tank. Defects are rare. Most defects will manifest upon the first time filling up the tank. Most issues occur with the faucets, bulk head fittings or with add on access-stories. There are simple, cost effective ways to address issues unrelated to the tank itself and those options need to be exhausted before a tank defect is considered.

 

Sometimes damage to the tanks occurs during a shipping. When a tank is delivered, please inspect it thoroughly to ensure your standards are met. If there is damage or other issues directly related to shipping these will be covered by the freight company and not by the warranty.

 

The warranty does NOT cover any damage caused by the customer. This may include damage caused by improper installation, transportation, filling, use, and/or storage of the tank. Tanks should be stored indoors. Sun damage and damage caused by freezing are not covered by the warranty. Tanks are designed to hold clean, purified water only. Any damage caused by chemicals, impure water or anything else stored in the tank is not covered under the warranty.

 

Customers should refer to the provided instructions or the instructions on our website for proper installation instructions and instructions for tank use.

 

Should a potential defect arise, customers should contact Rockwell Products directly. Photos or videos may be required before determining if a tank is defective. Should a tank be considered defective, we will work directly with the customer to make it right. We stand behind our products and want to make sure our customers.

Any returns are subject to a restocking fee to be determined at the time of the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-warranty items. We do not accept returns of used, non-warranty items. Any buybacks of inventory from wholesalers will
be negotiated at the time of the buyback. We reserve the right to refuse inventory buybacks for any reason.
